Hibiscus Roselle

Description

We’re pleased to offer Hibiscus Roselle, a flower dye that’s perfect for fun projects with children.  Hibiscus is the tangy red flower ingredient in Red Zinger tea and makes a beautiful color.  It is sensitive to pH changes and direct sunlight so it’s probably not the best for heirloom projects but it’s an economical wash of pink, purple and red for afternoon paint parties.

Our Hibiscus Roselle comes from the gleanings and final harvest for a Texas-based herb company and would otherwise be left behind or composted.  We’re offering it to you in a generous size for a play-time color!
